I had a fantastic time during my stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the ocean from my room. The staff provided exceptional service, making me feel welcome and attended to all my needs. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating and air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort. I also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities, perfect for starting the day off right. The hotel had a beautiful garden area for relaxation, and the spa and wellness center offered a variety of services, including a sauna and massage. The highlight for me was the hot spring bath, which was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. I highly recommend this place for a truly luxurious and comfortable experience.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel with amazing hot springs both inside and out. the breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly helpful, even going above and beyond to solve a misunderstanding about reservations. the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and even bag art by the talented Watabe-san. the views of the natural surroundings were beautiful and the free shuttle service from the station was very convenient.
Some of the facilities were a little dirty and dusty.

The hotel had a great location for our city trip, conveniently located near public transportation. The breakfast was superb, offering a variety of dishes to choose from. But the absolute best aspect of this hotel was the hot springs, they were so relaxing and rejuvenating after a long day of sightseeing.
The facilities in the hotel are a bit dated and could use some upgrades. The room, while clean, was quite small for the price we paid.

The onsen was great, very relaxing, nice view, and plenty of options. the free shuttle service from/to the train station was also super convenient. the location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful greenery and close to some nice hiking trails and outdoor activities.
The rooms were a bit disappointing. They looked a bit outdated and the size was not very big.
